I have taken all 5 of my children here. The oldest is 35 with special needs and is still seen here, the youngest is now 25. I love the care my children have always received here. They really care for their patients and they also remember them too because they ask about my other children when I do go.

We came on the wrong scheduled day,but came early. They was able fit us in the schedule and swiftly out before other appointments arrived. The Dentist and Dentist assistant was friendly and listened to any concerns.

I love that I switched my children here, they are so sweet, friendly and patient with the kids. They make sure they're comfortable at all times. I've never been unsatisfied and my children aren't afraid to come get work done on their teeth as they was somewhere else. Best decision for my children

I love this dentist office. My children have been coming here for 4 years. The main dentist is amazing. He listens is attentive and explains every step to the kiddos to make them comfortable. The assistants are amazing every single one of them are incredible in thier own way. The atmosphere is so calming for the both the children and thier parents. My only issue is the new dentist. He doesn't listen. Doesn't care about the child's experience and I had to have him removed mid procedure with my son yesterday. The main dentist came in worked his magic gave him a Lil more novacain and finished the filling pain free for my son. Care does matter. Feelings do matter. Nobody should be worked on in pain and thier pain shouldn't be ignored. I will continue to only allow original dentist to work on my children for now on.

The dentist that treated my kid was good and very attentive. However, didn’t like how the dental assistant lied to me about the laughing gas being covered under my plan. My daughter had to get 2 cavities filled in and she was anxious about the procedure so the dental assistant suggested laughing gas. I have a background in insurance so I like to know what’s covered and what will be an extra out of pocket charge. When I asked her if the laughing gas was covered she said that she would check to see if my plan covered it. She left the room for about 2-3 mins and came back to tell me there would be no charge and it’s covered. She then immediately had me to sign an agreement to pay for the laughing gas if it’s not covered under my plan. This sent up red flags for me. So I called my dental plan myself to double check coverage. It turns out that my plan does not cover laughing gas at all and I would have to pay for it 100% my self. The charge for the laughing gas wasn’t much but that’s not the point. I also found it fishy that they already had 2 receipts printed out one showing the sum with the gas and the other showing the sum without the gas so they already knew it wasn’t covered. S
